Can I request samples before mass production?
Yes. Samples take 1–15 days depending on customization complexity. Share your project brief to confirm sampling terms and any applicable charges.
What are the usual production lead times?
Standard products with no customization can be dispatched the same day. Custom production takes 3–15 days after formula, packaging and order confirmation.
What formats and pack sizes are available?
Common options include 60 ml, 80 ml and 100 ml liquids; 300 g and 400 g chewable jars; and 5 g powder sachets. Other specifications can be evaluated by project.
What can be customized?
Customization can include formula, flavor, dosage form, capacity, bottle or jar shape, label, retail box, outer carton and multilingual packaging.
